We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on the destination.
Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Best2U is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Best2U is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to size, weight, or import restrictions. In such cases, you will be notified at checkout.
Best2U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Best2U will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
