Return & Refund Policy (Glassware Products)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of wine, beer, whiskey, shot, and champagne glasses. Please read the policy below for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives broken, chipped, or defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging when contacting support.
- Eligible cases will receive a free replacement or full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed glassware.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
4. Return Process
- Email your request to best2u2021@gmail.com with:
- Order details
- Reason for return
- Supporting images (if applicable)
- Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back; for COD orders, bank details may be requested.
6. Shipping Charges
- Free replacement for damaged or defective items.
- For other returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
